Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their j118 account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

j118 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where j118 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• Verification documents provided are fraudulent or cannot be authenticated;
• The account holder is under the age of 21;

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, j118 will notify the player via the registered email address or contact number on file.
